If serious weather conditions make it impossible and/or dangerous for buses to travel, the schools will be closed.  School will be open in accordance with state law and must operate if at all possible.  Whenever an emergency, such as heavy snowfall, necessitates the closing of the Cornell School District, announcements will be made on the following radio stations during the regular morning programs beginning at 6:00 AM:
