Please have Entrance 1 (Main/Library) unlocked at 5:45 PM and relocked at 6:15 PM.

1. Please have the Stage Left Light Box unlocked so the panel can be used.
2. Please set up a podium with a microphone on a stand in the Orchestra Pit. The microphone should be connected to the PA System.
SET-UP
1. Please have two , 6 ft. tables set up in the Orchestra Pit near podium.
2. The American Flag should be set up front, stage right.
